Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:
Battery said low. Started charging it, yet I noticed it wasn't charging. Left it to charge for an hour. Battery symbol just stays at zero bars.
Answer:
Please check the charging port clean or not, try to use a small q-tip to clean the slot.
And plug the cable comes with the package box, if still can't charge your device, please contact the shop you bought it from.
