Literally just bought this device got home, screwed in my cartridge did the preheat took one hit and it shorted. Called the store and said it’s not his problem. Is there anything that can be done. This was out of the box for 30 seconds. Very unpleased
Answer:
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please can you check the resistance of your vape cartridge. If the resistance less 0.5, the UNI Pro will occur short circuit error.
If you have a brand new vape cartridge, please install this one to have a try.
And you also can use a q-tip to clean the contact points, some time the connection incorrect also will make it short circuit error.
