Problem With Yocan UNI Pro Need Help Part 32 - No Atomizer Error

I just bought a yocan uni pro today, turned it on was excited to use it and of course I get a notice of no atomizer. I tried everything and have read reviews. At this point I don't know what to do. I hate to say i wasted my money.
Answer:
Thanks for contacting our product.
Try to re-screw the oil cartridge.
The no atomizer error due to the connection problem, or the battery can't detect the oil cartridge.
Unscrew the adapter and try it at various unscrewed points.
Some just needed to be untightened ever so little.
Pro tip, for better airflow when using the @yocantech Uni Pro, screw adapter on until it feels tighter, then unscrew slightly until the holes in the cartridge line up with the notches in the adapter
Or install another brand new vape cartridge.
