Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:
Hello, I purchased a silver UNI Pro just about a month ago. There has been something wrong with it since I bought it. The button you push to activate it keeps getting stuck on. I have to pull the cartridge out to get it to stop. It has melted 2 cartridges. I just want one that works properly please?
Answer:
Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the Yocan UNI Pro vape button.
Here are some tips for you:
Use a q-tip to clean the residue.
Use a pair of tweezers or pillars to turn the firing stuck button counter clock wise a few times. Move it around in a circle motion this will break off the dirt inside.
The button on your ecig should now be unstuck from the battery. Test it with your fingers to see if it clicks.
