Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:

I purchased a Red Uni Pro on 11/08/2019 from Azara smoke shop in Kenosha, WI. On Sunday the 19th of January I was charging my UNI Pro and when I went to check on it, it was very hot and the seams had split. It looked like the battery was bulging out of the unit. I took it back to Azara to see if they warranty the product and they said no and to check with you.

Is there anything you can do to help me out?
