Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:
I just purchased a Uni Pro Portal Mod , and when i got home I charged the device. I turned it on , and OLED display content was only displaying half the message. So i turned it off to restart, & now it won’t turn on AT ALL! i’ve been messing with it for a half hour now , and unsure what else I need to do , please help !
Answer:
I think you get a defect item, please contact the head shop to change new one.
Or contact the Yocan Mfg support team to get help.
