Troubleshooting of Yocan UNI Pro wont charge

Here is a question from one Yocan fan, if you also have problem with Yocan UNI Pro charge, please read this thread.
I bought a cart battery from you guys and it’s hitting good but when I charge it doesn’t want to charge.
Answer:
The Yocan UNI Pro is a upgrade version of UNI vape cartridge battery.
1. Check the cable is OK or not, please plug this cable in other micro USB device.
We recommended you use the cable that comes with the package box.
2. Check the charge port, try to a tine q-tip to clean the charge port.
3. Will the OLED display on when you plugged the cable? If not, please contact Yocan support team claim warranty.
