I have the yocan uni pro and the screen seems to be stuck satin 2 bolts with the battery indicator, doesn’t fire and I can’t change the voltage. How do I fix this

Please check the USB cable, our engineering recommend you use the cable that comes with the package box.
If you use the power bank charge it, please check its battery status.
Or try to use the wall charger to charge your device.
