Update:
I am really pleasantly surprised at how frugal this thing is with my herb. Compared to joint smoking, I figure I’m using less than half! It is so easy to “ramp” the temperatures and get two or three sessions per load. Try that with a winder...

I'm bummed. Received a Yocan Hit as a birthday gift. I used it a few times in two days...and now this $65 wonder will not turn on.
It shows fully charged when plugged in..but now has zero response to 5 clicks on.
Now what?

My Hit is now 1 year old, and has endured daily use.
Still working as advertised!
Within the first month, the mouth-piece developed a split (in the “collar” holding the magnet in place) but that didn’t affect it’s function.
I went back to the retailer to purchase another unit, and much to my surprise, they informed me that Yocan offers replacement mouth-pieces! Who else does that for a $70 unit??
So impressed, I bought a second Hit, and a new mouth-piece!
You can spend more, but functionally, this thing is perfect!

How packed should I fill the heating chamber? I can't find clear answer, and this is first dry herb pen

I find just a medium pinch between thumb and index, lightly packed down, lasts two, three minute sessions.
Ive never found it necessary to load more.
