I just got yocan hit no smoke i tried all temps. What can i do


Please can you check the dr y herb material after you hitted the fire button, did it brown or burnt?
And please try to set the temperature higher than 400, then take a long very slow pull for 10 to 15 seconds.

Hi I'm having the same issue. Doesn't matter the temp. It turns brown and no smoke. I'm quite upset cause it feels like a waste of money if it won't work. And another issue is it always gets clogged, doesn't mter if it's ground chunky or fine
