The Yocan HIT wont show its charging status

Here is a question from one of Yocan fan.
If you have similar situation, please read this thread.
Ive tried multiple chargers it charges fine before. Then it started to have to be placed in a certain position to charge now it doesnt show its charging at all.
Answer:
Please check the charge port position is correct or not.
If possible, please take a photo and send it to me.
If your device still within warranty period, please contact our support team at service@yocantech.com
