Yocan HIT charge problem

Many dab pen battery users have charge problem when switch vape device.
Here is a question from one of Yocan HIT user. If you have similar problem, please read on.
One day after buying it’s not charging paid 50 from a vape shop for one day on the hit
Answer:
Please check the USB cable connection, the original USB cable is recommend.
When you plug the cable, the HIT vaporizer display it's charging.
If the screen still off when you charge, please contact our after-sale team to claim warranty.
