The message NO ATOMIZER

Hello.
I have got a problem with Yocan HIT. After using in 5 minutes mode, 210 degrees Celsius, the vaporizer stopped heating up. After holding the power button for 2 seconds, the vaporizer does not start to heat up, but displays the information "NO ATOMIZER". Please help me.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
The Yocan HIT displays no atomizer error means the device wont detect the atomizer.
There is an connection error inside the device.
Please contact the shop that you bought it from.
