Which setting do most people use generally? I tend to use the two-dots setting just because it's in the middle so that seems like i cant go wrong.

It depends on your vape style. If you want to big cloud, choose highest voltage (three lights level), If you want to good flavor, choose the lowest voltage. Or if you want to balance, choose the middle level.
