B-smart flashing red x 10

After charging the pen overnight, I get a green light on the charger. When I try to use my cartridge, I get one red flash after turning it on and 10 red flashes after trying to initiate pre-heat.
I'm just here to help the wife get the best out of her B-Smart pen.

May I ask which product you are referring to specifically, Yocan?
