Yocan plus evolve can't unscrew tank or base

Yocan plus evolve can't unscrew tank or base

Please try to use a hair dryer and pliers with tape on the jaws.
If you still can't unscrew it by yourself, please contact the shop you bought it from.

By the way, please make sure not to over-tighten it.
