I bought the UNI model and it worked fine until yesterday. It flashes five lights and will not fire. I tried the 2 fixes posted on your website and have had no success in making it fire again. Please forward instructions on how to return it to your company for replacement or refund under your manufacturers warranty. I tried returning it to the place that I purchased it and they have a 30 day return policy. It had been 32 day since i purchased it. Please help as I purchased from your company in the good faith that the product I was purchasing would work. Im hoping it was a fluke and that you will do everything your power to make good on this.

Please can you share us more detail about your device.
Do you have load the oil cartridge on your UNI Mod?
And what's the light indicated? 3 times or 5 times flashing or none?
