UNI Lights Flash 3 Times When it's power on

Hi guys,
We have got some friends feedback about UNI Box Mod battery lights flash 3 times.
I have check with our engineers, the lights will flash 3 times when you power on.

My UNI is not working. Flashes 9times (could be ten). Will not ignite. Seems to charge. Will let me change voltage according to lights. Bit after the change the 9 lights are back

10 times flashing means low battery.
Please charge your UNI Mod battery.
