We always recommend our customer full charge once get it.

Please try to plug in the USB cable, and charge your UNI for 1 - 2 hours.

My uni is only 3 weeks old. When I took my cart out a small magnetic ring came out connected to the magnetic cart connector. Is it fixable?

My yo can Uni won’t produce any vapour? All the lights are working fine, I’ve cleaned all the pieces seems to be fine, but won’t produce any vapour?

Please can you load a brand new cartridge.
And please advise the type of e-liquid, voltage setting.

I just bought the uni box mod about a month ago and it worked fine up until today where it keeps saying no atomizer when using any cartridges. I've used multiple cartridges, I've cleaned the connections. Nothing seems to be working.
