I just bought a yocan uni Pro and it won't do nothing won't turn on nothing and I don't know what I did with the receipt can you help me because I will not buy your product no more if I can't get this resolved I'm not going to spend $50 and something I can't use

Thanks for choosing our product firstly.
The vape device wont turn on, please check the battery status.
Please try to charge your UNI Pro device.

And check the indicator light when you charging it, the light will grow when you charge Yocan UNI.
And the light will shut off once it's fully charged.
