Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:

A couple of months ago I bought one of your yo can vapes from a store here in Cincinnati,
As it worked for a while I’m not particularly sure what happened.
I took it back to the shop they cleaned it out/taught me how etc.

We went through that whole process only to have it not work, also they told me to reach out to you guys which wasn’t a necessity since I bought another one only to have the same thing happen.


It acts as if there isn’t even anything inside and this has happened to both

I’m not sure if/ what you can do for me but I’m reaching out to see what exactly can be done because I don’t want to keep buying them and having the same thing happen.
