I have a new Uni Twist that i purchased a few weeks ago when i was in Vancouver. I've had maybe 15-20 pulls off of it and now the device wont turn on or charge.
Pressing the power button doesnt result in any light. If i try to charge it, a red light comes on and stays on for anywhere from 10 seconds to a couple of minutes. (no blink code, just solid red).

ive tried charging it with and without the cartridge to no effect. it also doesnt seem to matter if i use the provided USB cable or another one. i dont have access to any of the BC stores to return/exchange it.
is there any troubleshooting i can do? what are my options?
