When you first receive your Yocan Ziva Pro, unbox it. The box contains just the device and nothing else. The packaging is (excluding ink cartridges) 10 pieces/pack. Please check our product page for details. Then we turn on the Yocan Ziva Pro when the device is fully charged. Connect the Type-C cable to the device and charge until the OLED screen shows the battery is fully charged. Turn on the device by pressing the power button five times quickly to turn on the device. You’ll see a new look to the OLED display, showing you the current battery level and voltage settings, among other things.

The new device Yocan Ziva Pro has an anti-touch button design. We need to unlock the device first (press the fire button 4 times in succession after the screen lights up, and then enter the home screen).
