Brand new stix pen won't charge

I have tried charging for over 4 hours. I read online that a light should come on when charging and go off when completed. No lights at all. I'm using a micro USB corn connected to lap top. I have tried different USB cords and ports. Never lights. I did not receive a USB cord with unit..please advise! Thanks

Never light when charging?
Does your stix vape pen light on when hit the fire button?

My stix battery will come on but not stay on. I went and bought a BRAND NEW one and that one didn’t even work. I took it back to my vape shop and they tried it and it didn’t work, exchanged it for a different one and guess what, THAT ONE DOESNT WORK ETHER. These are literally trash
