Yocan Evolve 2.0 mouthpiece magnet mouth piece not fitting or snapping

Hello everyone

I recently purchased a Yocan evolve 2.0 3 in 1 vaporizer and after a few uses the mouthpiece magnet will not snap on all the way like when I first unboxed it, you actually have to put it to your mouth and press down to take a puff, I have tried cleaning everything with a qtip but I still have this issue is it a faulty mouthpiece or is there some sticky residue hidden somewhere that is stopping the magnet from making a full connection to hold the mouthpiece in place?

I lost my top a few weeks ago, so Ive been using mine without. When I use a heavy load some sticks to the cap, and when it cools is hard to remove.
I just warm it up by hitting the button for 5 seconds or so, pops right off.
