I switched from cigarettes to e-cigarettes not long ago and I'm really glad I did. I wasn't sure if I'd like it as much as regular smokes at first, but after a few weeks, I've seen some great benefits. The tastes are great, and I feel like I have more control over the nicotine levels, which makes it easier for me to resist cravings. Also, I love that there is no smell of smoke left over. Overall, it's been a good change, and I would suggest e-cigarettes to anyone who wants a good option!
