I bought a Yocan Evolve Plus based on the recommendation from a friend. I will not be recommending this product to anyone. After very little use, in less than a week, the “fire button” got stuck and will not return. I took it back to the store and they do not do any refunds. Hence I emailed service at Yocan with their warrany form, a picture of the hologram with the numbers showing, and the receipt.

Now, it’s been almost a month, Youcan service said take it up with the retailer and is not communicating with me any more. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
