UNI not turning on after fully charging

Hi, the subject pretty much describes it all. I just got a brand new UNI, charged it, and then nothing happens. I've pressed the button every possible way including the 5 times like the manual says, but it does not respond at all - no lights or anything. Anyone got any ideas on what I should do?

Every answer pretty much just refers us to the review video which, I might add, does no troubleshooting. So what gives, can you tell us why they arent charging or are defective? All we are looking for is an answer not a link to some product promoter.
