We have a ziva pro that has a crack in the top. We just got it for Christmas. Can we get it replaced?

We have a ziva pro that has a crack in the top. We just got it for Christmas. Can we get it replaced?

Feedback 1: I purchased 2 Yocan Ziva Pros back in November, I believe. The mouthpieces have been cracked on both of them.
Is there any type of return policy or warranty on your products? I purchased them directly from the website, and I no longer have my payment information. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

Feedback 2: I love the product but I’m having issues with them after less then a month, one is cracked all around the mouth piece leading to bad air flow and the other doesn’t work consistently, when you take a pull it starts then the indicator light blinks rapidly and you don’t get any smoke. I can provide pictures and a video I’d need be.


Reason: Due to the material of the mouthpiece, the risk of breakage may increase due to high temperature, falling, etc. during use. It is recommended to avoid using it at excessive temperatures and clean it regularly.
Yocan provides a 3-month warranty. If there is a problem, please go to the store where you purchased it to replace it or exchange it for a new one.
