Evolve plus xl not working but charges.

Charged it for 4 hrs when I go 2 turn it on no lights flashes. If I plug it up to charger red light comes on it only flashes 3 times while plugged up to charger.

AS for your Evolve Plus XL charge issue, please can you use the USB cable come with the Evolve Plus XL package.
If your device still can't work, please try to contact the local head shop, or fill out on www.yocantech.com/contact claim your warranty.
