Hello everyone, we've received feedback that a small number of users have encountered clogging when using the Yocan Uni Pro 2.0. This post outlines solutions, provided the battery is not depleted and the casing is undamaged:

E-liquid Clogging Solutions
1. Inhale slowly
2. After releasing the button, continue gently inhaling for a few seconds to clear excess vapour
3. Store the device upright
4. Use a lower voltage/power setting
5. Take shorter puffs rather than prolonged ones, as prolonged heating followed by cooling may cause leakage.
Please try the above methods. If the device remains unusable, contact your point of purchase for replacement. Yocan offers a 3-month warranty.
