I switched from cigarettes to e-cigarettes not long ago and I'm happy I did. The first thing I noticed was how much easier it was to control the amount of nicotine. This made it easier for me to slowly cut down on my use. I also like that there are different tastes to choose from, which makes the experience better. It's great that there's no smell of smoke left over, especially around people who don't smoke. This change has been easy for me, and I think it's a better choice all around.
