Brand new Evolve D won’t take a charge

I just recently purchased an Evolve-D dry herb Vape pen. It’s been plugged in the charger for well over four hours and it still lighting up red. And the coil won’t light at all. Any suggestions?

Did you use Yocan USB cable charged?
Try to load the coil one more time, and check the connection?
