Customer service from Yocan manufacturer

Came here to ask if anyone else has had awful service from Yocan's manufacturer? I bought a Yocan vape from a distributor/shop in my town. It's malfunctioning and not heating up nearly enough. I contacted Yocantech who told me to email the manufacturer...who haven't replied since I sent the support ticket on June 24th. I had really high hopes for the Yocan brand for vapes, they really seemed to make great products and were trustworthy. Guess not.

Am I alone in this experience?

I haven't been requested to send anything yet, as the contact with the service team simply referred me to the manufacture's email and they have yet to reply to any of my emails.
I have already sent a second ticket to the service email regarding the lack of response from the manufacturer.
