Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:

I submitted a message a week and a half ago about a replacement unit because the one I purchased was defective. I got one response and have not heard from anyone since. I submitted all necessary pictures and would like to know if it's possible to send this one back for a replacement. Thank you.
