Hello Yocan, I’m experiencing an issue with my airy blue Yocan uni pro. The twist at the top of the device does not seem to want to work anymore, I do not know how to fix it and any help would be great. Thank you, have a good one-Mike

The Adjustable Diameter Dial maybe too tightly in part of items.
If your device can't twist the diameter dial, I think you get a malmanufacture Yocan UNI Pro.
Please contact the shop you bought it from, or claim warranty from Yocan Mfg.
