Here is a question from a Yocan UNI Pro user:
i bought a uni pro last week and it broke 3rd use .. i used to use the hyve and was looking into ordering a WIT and a KOTO (for travel use.. i got hooked on u guys with the evolve and the nyx which still gets alot of use from me... id really like to be able to resolve this issue and continue to buy your brand exclusively for my 510 thread vaping needs.. i look forward to hearing from you and would also like a price on a WIT in tealish blue to black fade and a koto in red.. the uni pro id like to send back in exchange for another blueish grey model that works... thank you for your time and i eagerly await your response to resolve this issue... thank you for your continuing effort to develop in my personal opinion the best wax and oil apparatuses on the planet

I want to know is there any light on when you click the fire button.
And have you tried plugged the cable to charge it? Then turn it on by 5 clicks the fire button.
If you have try above tips and still can't work, please contact Yocan to claim warranty.
