Yocan Mods - Water-Cooled Device Usage
Hello everyone, we've received feedback from a user who purchased a Yocan water-cooled device module, enquiring about usage precautions. This post will outline practical considerations for use, hoping that purchasers can fully enjoy the vaping pleasure delivered by Yocan products. 
Taking the Yocan Pillar E Dab Rig as an example:
How to clean the device:
Step 1: Separate the glass water bottle from the Yocan Pillar base, unscrew the TGT coil, open the coil cover and invert it to remove large residue from the interior.
Step 2: Wipe stubborn residue inside the coil with an alcohol-soaked cotton bud, then clean the TGT coil and threaded sections with a cleaning cloth.
Step 3: Place the TGT coil in a cup, pour alcohol to fully submerge it, and soak for 3–5 minutes. Simultaneously wipe the vaporiser body with a cleaning cloth.
Step 4: Rinse the hookah bowl with warm or clean water, using a small brush to remove any residue. After rinsing the soaked TGT coil, remove it and allow it to air dry naturally. Wipe away moisture with a clean cloth before air drying.
Step 5: Allow all components to air dry completely.
Step 6: Reassemble to obtain a brand-new electronic dab rig.
Encountering “not auto mixer” situation: This may be due to a connection issue. Ensure the atomiser or cartridge is correctly attached to the mod. A loose connection may trigger this error.
Encountering leakage or dripping issues: This may be caused by overfilling or a defective cartridge. Ensure you do not exceed the recommended fill level and inspect the cartridge for damage.
If the issue persists after troubleshooting, retain the faulty device and seek resolution through official customer support.
