The Yocan Evolve plus dab pen doesn't work anymore. How fix it or claim warranty?

I bought a yocan from the website and it has only been a month and doesn't work anymore. I have troubleshooted, took it to a smoke shop and had them check and the battery truly doesn't work anymore. Wanting to get it replaced with the warranty. I am wanting to get it replaced with the replacement service please.
