Won’t charge Evolve Plus XL

The Yocan Evolve Plus XL dab pen features a very powerful battery, built-in container and a lanyard, making it perfect for on-the-go.
Here are some tips for you reference.

1. Check the indicator light when you charge it.
2. If no light after the plugged the cable, please check the charge port and the USB cable.
3. Please use the cable that comes with the Yocan Evolve Plus XL package box.
4. Or you have to contact the after-sale team to claim warranty, the email address is service@yocantech.com
