I've purchased my Falcon less than a month ago, and I've used it numerous times for my *** concentrates. I went to clean it with alcohol wipes and got everything ready to be switched over to the *** coil. And now I can't even get the device to turn on again. How can I either receive a replacement, refund or exchange for another product. This is the third bubbler system of yocans that I've owned and had trouble with. I've had the dive and it stopped after about a month or two, I've owned the yocan one and the glass was broken in delivery. I've spent countless money on yocan product and need help getting something thats worth while for all the money I've spent on products that have gave out or I received damaged
