1.Flat slim….charged it but it keeps blinking red?

2.I have a yocan flat plus. I have it fully charged. It won’t heat my cartridge. Every time I press the button, it flashes red 5-6 times. I changed the cartridge to an almost empty one and it works just fine. My other cartridge is brand new and worked for 5 minutes. Now it’s not. Any help? Or would the cartridge be bad?
