How can I make the Terp Balls on the Yocan Orbit 2.0 spin faster?

We have received some questions regarding the Yocan Orbit 2.0 regarding Terp Balls rotation. If you are finding that your pearls are not spinning (or spinning too slowly), please review the official troubleshooting steps below to optimize your experience.
1. Check Assembly
Please ensure that the cover and the device are properly installed and secured.
2. Cleanliness is Key
Residue in the mouthpiece or on the pearls can seriously affect performance. Please make sure to clean the mouthpiece, coil, and pearls regularly.
3. Pearl Quantity & Size
Using the wrong size or number of pearls can cause issues. We recommend using 1-2 pearls and using the specific pearls provided in the packaging. Using pearls of other sizes (especially those that are too large) may negatively impact rotation.
4. Temperature & Material
If the concentrate is too thick or the device temperature is too low, the material won't fully vaporize, preventing the pearls from moving freely.
5. Airflow & Draw Technique
Poor airflow or weak suction can prevent the pearls from generating enough momentum to spin continuously. If your draw is too soft, or if the airflow is blocked, the pearls won't spin.
Tip: Try a more stable, moderate draw. Avoid "sipping" lightly or inhaling too deeply/forcefully. Generally, a stable and moderate draw creates the ideal airflow needed to generate the centrifugal force for spinning.
