How to fix Yocan Regen can't turn on?

A Yocan Regen friend asked a question regarding turn on.

First of all, please check it's low battery status or not.
Just need to plug the cable charge your device, the indicator light will be shuts off once its fully charged.

If your device is fully charged, please click the fire button 5 time in a row.

If above two tips still can't fix your problem, please contact the shop you bought it from.

Can’t get a hold of customer service.Sent me wrong replacement battery. Not very happy with Yocan lately
