I noticed a few people asking about the operation of the Yocan Uni 4.0, so I put together a quick guide based on the official manual. It’s a pretty straightforward device, but there are a few specific button combinations you need to know (especially for the pre-heat function).

Here is the breakdown:

1. Power On / Off
Action: Click the power button 5 times rapidly.
Note: This is standard for most vape batteries, but make sure you do it quickly.

2. Adjusting Voltage
Action: Press the "+" or "-" buttons to cycle through the voltage settings.
Tip: Start low and work your way up to find your preferred flavor/potency balance.

3. Pre-heat Mode (Important!)
Action: Double-click the power button to enter Preheat mode.
What happens: The device will run at 1.8V for 10 seconds. The screen will show a countdown timer.
To Exit: Double-click the power button again to stop the preheat cycle early.
Why use this? This is great for warming up thicker oils or unclogging a cartridge before your main session.

4. How to Vape
Action: Long-press (hold down) the power button to start inhaling.
Note: Release the button to stop the draw.
