When entering the preheat mode, I get a "No Atomizer" message when there is one installed. What steps can I take to correct this?

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the Yocan UNI Pro preheat mode.

The vape battery get no atomizer error means that it can't detect the vape cartridge when you hit the fire button.

Here are some vape tips:
1, Use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
As we know, if there are some residue around the contact point, even you installed the vape cartridge, but the Yocan UNI Pro battery can't be detected.
By the way, if you use isopropyl alcohol, please keep dry when you re-screw.

2. Install a brand new adapter or vape cartridge.
Sometimes the burn cartridge also resulted with no atomizer error.

3. Please unscrew the vape cartridge from the UNI Pro chamber, and hit the fire button. The OLED display will alert you no atomizer too.
So, please use a long q-tip to clean the contact point of the chamber.
