How to Properly Clean Your Yocan Ziva 2.0

To ensure the longevity of your device and maintain optimal performance, please follow the steps below for regular maintenance.

🛠 Required Tools:
Cotton swabs
Alcohol (Isopropyl recommended)
A soft cloth

Step-by-Step Cleaning Instructions:

1. Power Off: Press the power button 5 times to turn the device off completely.
2. Remove the Cart: Gently take out the cartridge (cart) from the device.
3. Clean the Connections:
Dip a cotton swab in alcohol.
Carefully wipe the connection points and the threaded connection area.
Use the soft cloth to wipe down the main body/shell of the device.
4. Dry Completely: Important — Please wait until all parts are completely dry before reinstalling the cartridge and using the device again.
5. Maintenance Tip: We recommend cleaning your device regularly and replacing the cartridge periodically to ensure the best flavor and device lifespan.
