i get 3 lights blinking 5X, please help

I just bought yocan uni. I can't get any lights. When charging two lights on the left are solid while the third blinks. This continues for 15 seconds or so then they all go out. Any ideas besides returning it for a refund. Feeling ripped off.

My UNI Mod Box doesn’t seem to be vaping at all. I’m able to switch heat levels but it will not pre heat or burn. It tends to blink 3 times when I push it once. Please help, this is the third one I’ve bought.

As for your UNI, have you checked the connection betweet UNI battery and the cartridge?
If you have other cartridges, please try to connect different cartridge with your UNI box mod.

I received the battery today. It seems to have only green light ? Is there a different light for each voltage or not ?

I just bought a Yocan Uni yesterday and it was working great and all. But after taking it off the charger, it doesn't power on anymore, unless the charger is plugged in? Is this normal?

I was doing some troubleshooting and looked at the manual, but I didn't see anything about this situation. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, please click the fire button 3 times to change voltage option.
By the way, UNI Mod has three voltage options:
